The role will focus substantially the online space with the mission and delivering excellent customer service as well as Network marketing, on-line sales, mobile app etc

Main job function

• Responsible for the use of technology, systems, and data, across all functions. Includes customer-facing websites and customers’ experience, backend and assessment systems, internal processes, data analytics, and BI.
• The role is business-focused, focusing on taking business objectives through needs scoping, software design or vendor selection, through to implementation.
• Oversee the activities staff etc and to work closely with other department heads.
• Own the end-to-end oversight of how technology and data are used to deliver an excellent customer experience, including oversight of internal processes.
• Collaborate with the respective divisions to design, execute excellent and continuously improving customer UI and UX on websites and mobile apps.
• Manage the roadmap and business requirements and ensuring effective execution.
• Vendor selection, management, and implementation for third party software systems and outsourced technical skills.
• Innovate and collaborate with other key departments in producing new ways to reach customers and/or execute internally.
• Manage talent within the portfolio, including software developers, data scientists, product owners and analysts; and including recruiting and retention, and developing pipelines for junior and high-potential talent.
• Own and enhance company culture at all levels, and ensure all staff have clear roles, expectations, and growth plans.

We are seeking a Technical Lead, the purpose of the Technical Lead is to plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements within the respective software development team. The Technical Lead is a technical expert with a strong understanding of technology, systems architecture, data structures and data sources.

In addition to being an active developer of the software platforms, the Technical Lead's duties also include:

• Ensure the skills within the team are kept up to date with the latest software development technologies, methodologies and practices
• Ensure consistent standards and approaches towards technological advancement, security,
• documentation, coding and testing
• Build a culture of consistent and deliberate improvement to ensure reusability, efficiency and growing high standards of delivery within the team
• Ensure high standards of quality and stability are consistently maintained
• Communication and problem solving
• To use your experience to ensure all code is consistently reviewed and audited
• To assist in critical support issues where your experience is required to determine an appropriate resolution or triage action
